Instructions for changing the Hall sensor sensor on the Cyclic base (from 2023 Q4).
Remove the Cyclic base from the frame/floor.
Remove bearing blocks, toothed segment and axle.
Remove side plate with access to roll sensor, 8 M3 screws.
The pitch sensor is clamped through the two halves of the housing.
The roll sensor has a plug-in socket.
- The Hall sender A1302/SS49E has 2 chamfered corners, this side is inserted into the shell with the positioning lug after soldering. Place the other bowl on top and then attach the ring to the holder with the donor, paying attention to the chamfer on the ring. This points to the frame. The fit is quite tight and takes some "convincing" to slide the ring on. Inserting the socket into the case may also require some force.
- •The gear with the magnet has a small triangle that should point approximately upwards (a few degrees to the left) when the stick is in the middle Position. As seen in the view.
Put the side plate back on and screw it on.
Assemble the axle and don't forget the thin GRP rings between the bearing block and the housing parts.
Place the toothed segment on the axle.
Base can be reinstalled
