Single seat chassis (assembly kit)
The slightly more "dynamic" version of the frame, which is also somewhat flatter.
This was made possible by using new designed aluminum profiles, which have a wall thickness of 4mm and are powder-coated by us.
We also introduced a new color, RAL 7016 anthracite gray, which looks very good with the ITEM KH 40x40 profile and is definitely suitable for the living room.
In ouse, the frame is stable on 8 adjustable feet.
The new profiles create control units that can be easily moved on the base frame, but are still easy to fix.
This allows the entire cockpit to be adapted very well to different body sizes.
Racing seat shells or the recommended smart seat result in a seat height of approx. 33-35 cm at pedal level, which corresponds to most real helicopters.
2 side frames allow height adjustable side plates. For example, additional switches and controls can be placed or attached on the left and the keyboard and mouse on the right.
The Cyclic base plate can accommodate both available versions of our Cyclic mechanics
- EVO2 Baase, adjustable friction, no springs, no center
- Beep trim with centering adjustable via stepper motors, for a realistically working FTR (Force Trim Release) system
The pedal plate has the cut-out for the EC-135/145 pedals, but can also be used directly for the Bell 206 series thanks to the aluminum heel pads.
- Unfortunately, the UH-1 pedals need an additional stand and will unfortunately only be available "soon".
- The UH-60 Blackhawk style pedals have additional stepless brake plates for wheeled undercarriage (Sim) with 2 individual axes with 5 kg gas spring.
The Collective level can be fixed in several positions along the seat line using the large HPL panel.
All existing helicopter types can currently be combined with the frame.
And all visible metal parts are powder-coated to match the frame. RAL 7016 (anthracite grey) or RAL 9005 (matt black) can currently be selected.
A seat shell or a car seat is required to complete the set. Axle dimension of the attachment 405mm.
We recommend a Smart 450 seat where even the seat track remains usable with minimal adjustments.
The optional equipment with rollers at the back and a handle at the front allows easy "maneuvering" and "parking" of the frame.
